Elle a d’abord étudié la musique au Conservatoire de Grenoble jusqu’en 2001. En 2000 elle obtint parallèlement à ses études musicales au Conservatoire de Grenoble une maîtrise en droit privé à l’université Pierre Mendès France.
Elle poursuivit ensuite ses études à l’Ecole Normale Supérieure de Musique de Paris dans la classe de flûte traversière de Jean Ferrandis. Pour parfaire sa formation de flûtiste elle prit des cours jusqu’en 2008 auprès de Prof. Philippe Boucly et participa à diverses masterclasses auprès de Philippe Pierlot,......

Ruxandra Barac studied classical singing at the Bucharest Academy of Music and then at the Luxembourg Music Conservatoire with Ionel Pantea. She has participated in master classes in Hungary, Denmark, Luxembourg and Norway.
After her studies she was employed by the Romanian Radio in Bucharest where she was given many solo parts in vocal symphonic works, in collaboration with the Academic Choir, the National Orchestra and the Radio Chamber Orchestra. She also recorded songs and opera arias, accompanied by the Radio Chamber Orchestra (2001).
